From an early age, Dr. Stella Oh was inspired by healthcare professionals who helped people overcome illness, injury, and physical disabilities. Fascinated by mathematics, science, and biomedical engineering, she initially envisioned a career developing innovative solutions to restore what was broken or missing and improve patients’ quality of life.
Her path changed during an internship at a dental office, where she witnessed patients receiving dental implants. At a time when implant dentistry was still in its early stages, Dr. Oh was captivated by the ability to combine science, engineering, technology, artistry, and compassion to restore not only missing teeth, but also a patient's ability to eat, speak, smile, and live with confidence.
Dr. Oh earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University, followed by three years of advanced training in Prosthodontics and a two-year surgical fellowship in Implant Dentistry. This extensive training enables her to approach complex cases from both surgical and restorative perspectives.
With deep empathy for patients living with missing, damaged, malformed, or severely decayed teeth, Dr. Oh is passionate about creating individualized solutions that restore function, health, confidence, and esthetics. She began performing All-on-X dental implant treatments well before they became widely popularized, developing extensive experience in comprehensive implant rehabilitation and full-mouth reconstruction.
Combining advanced training with an artistic eye and meticulous attention to detail, Dr. Oh strives to create smiles that look natural, function beautifully, and complement each patient's unique features.
