More InfoDr. Ash Estafan graduated with his bachelor's degree in zoology from Connecticut College and his doctor of dental surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry in 2000. Dr. Estafan went on to complete a general practice residency at the VA hospital in Manhattan, NY in 2001, after which he began private practice and started a faculty position at New York University. In an effort to better educate himself in cosmetic dentistry, crowns and bridges, and implant dentistry, he completed a three-year residency in prosthodontics in 2004 at NYU College of Dentistry.
In 2009, Dr. Estafan achieved board certification in prosthodontics, placing him among the elite in the specialty of prosthodontics. He is very active in the community of New York Prosthodontics. He is a fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists and a former president of the ACP New York Section. Additionally, he is a fellow of the Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontics, a fellow of the Northeastern Gnathological Society, and a member of the American Dental Association and New York State Dental Association.
