Stained and chipped front tooth looks poor. It's asymmetrical in shape and color. This young man has a great smile, but this tooth doesn't help. There are a couple of ways to fix this, Dr Estafan and the patient decided on Direct Composite Bonding (instead of a porcelain veneer). Composite can lead to impressive results like this one, but it may need to be polished and maintained over time. It won't hold its color as well as porcelain over time and sometimes the edges can develop stains, but on the plus side, it can be done in a much less invasive approach, and completed in one visit and is the less costly option. He can always have a veneer down the line if he wants. In the meantime he was delighted with this result.
