Water
Probably the most important and healthy drink is clean, healthy water. Drinking water, especially filtered alkaline water, will neutralize pH of your saliva and brighten your smile.
Celery
High water content and high fiber content of this vegetable will help you keep your teeth white and clean. Fiber acts as nature’s toothbrush and helps reduce plaque buildup.
Apples
Apples are high in fiber and have malic acid, which is known to have mile whitening effect. Strawberries also are high in malic acid but it also has pigments.
